Section 55 of the Fisheries (Consolidation) Act, 1959, is hereby amended by: (a) the deletion of "to which this section applies" in subsections (1) and (3), (b) the deletion of "commencing before 1st day of April, 1965," in subsection (6) and the deletion of "commencing before the 1st day of April, 1965," in subsection (7), and (c) the deletion of subsection (8).
