This Act amends the Fisheries (Amendment) Act of 1997 in respect of functioning and membership of the Aquaculture Licences Appeals Board and to confirm fees to be paid to the to the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources in respect of specified fish culture and aquaculture licences.
