This Act amends the Fisheries Act 1988 by adding a new Part on processing, trading and marketing of fish and products. Fish and fish products shall not be processed, traded or marketed except in accordance with this Part and processing, trading and marketing of fish products shall comply with the Fish Processing, Trading and Marketing Regulations made under this Part.
