Notwithstanding the provisions of the Fisheries Law and the regulations adopted pursuant thereto, from the entry into force of the present Law, the annual fees for fishing licenses (under Regulation 4) and the fees for recreational fishing licenses (under the Regulation 19 of the Fishery Regulations of 1990 -2000), shall be applied as specified in the Table of this Law.
