Regulation 2A here inserted in the principal Regulations concerns the importation of monofilament nets and use of such nets after a specified expiry date except for use in the catching of flying fish. These Regulations also place restrictions of the operation of certain vessels for fishing and disapply the Regulations to persons undertaking authorized research or training.
