Regulation 4A of the principal Regulations is amended: (a) in paragraph (1)(b), by deleting the words "controlling the fishing industry" and substituting the words "exploiting certain marine resources specified in the licence"; and (b) by inserting a provisions which authorizes the Minister to impose such conditions as he or she thinks fit on a licence issued under the Regulations.
