These Regulations amend the Fisheries and Marine Resources (Marine Protected Areas) Regulations 2001: by replacing the heading of regulation 3 with “Application for permits and for renewal of permits”; in relation with charges for marine protected area permits; by giving a definition of "non-citizen"; and in relation with interference in marine protected areas.
