These Regulations amend the Fisheries (Beche-de-mer) by adding a new regulation (13B) containing a transitional provision on the sale of beche-de-mer consequential to insertion of regulation 13A into the principal Regulations by the Fisheries (Amendment) Regulations (13A) 2009.
