This Ordinance amends the Fisheries (Conservation and Management) Ordinance 2007 with respect to fixed penalty (notices) for offences committed by commercial fishing boats (defined by this Ordinance as any fishing boat which is apted, used, or intended to be used to catch fish for sale, or which is used to support any such fishing related activities.
