Fisheries (Declaration of New Stocks Subject to Quota Management System) Notice, 2006.

This Notice introduces new stocks from the prawn killer species to the quota management system established in the Fisheries Act 1996 with effect on and from 1 October 2007. The total allowable commercial catch and annual catch entitlements for all fish stocks specified in Schedule 1 are to be expressed as greenweight kilograms.
