These Regulations amend the Fisheries (General) Regulations by: deleting regulations 10,11 and 13; inserting in regulation 9 a provision which provides that a licence issued under that regulation shall entitle the holder to fish for aquarium fish in Kenya fishery water or to collect or culture any oyster; changing the period during which a licence is valid (reg. 12); modifying provisions concerning fees in Schedule 2.
