Fisheries (Kaimona Customary Fishing) Amendment Regulations, 2001.

These Regulations amend the Fisheries (Kaimoana Customary Fishing) Regulations 1998 by increasing the maximum fines from $5,000 (first offences) and $10,000 (subsequent offences) to $10,000 and $20,000, respectively.
