The Local Area management Authority (LAMA) of the Soufriere/Scotts Head Marine Reserve (SSMR) is hereby designated as Fisheries Management Authority of the Soufriere/Scotts Head Marine Reserve and Fisheries Management Area for purposes of the Fisheries Act.
