These Regulations make provision for matters in connection with commercial fishing activities in the Northern Prawn Fishery area. Particulars set out in regulation 3 must be entered by AFMA, in respect of statutory fishing right granted in respect of the Northern Prawn Fishery in the Register as provided for in the Act for purposes of the Act and the Northern Prawn Fishery Management Plan 1995 ("NPF Plan").
