These Order, made under the Grenada Fisheries Act, declares the marine areas specified in the First and Second Schedule to be Marine Protected Areas (Marine Protected Area and Multi-Zone Management System) and declares that the Fisheries (Marine Protected Areas) Regulations, 2001 shall apply to those areas..
