This Order declares each commercial fishing areas in the sense of the Fisheries Act to prescribed areas for purposes of recreational, subsistence and research fishing (sect. 2.1). To fish in such an area Special Fishing Licences are required (sect. 2.2). Records of collection of specimen for aquaria shall be kept (sect. 4). (5 sections and a Schedule)
