The Regulations are formulated according to article 70 of the Fisheries Act. It consists of 37 articles. Article 6 concerns the construction or reconstruction of fishing vessels, depending on different tonnage of vessel an approval from different levels of the administration department shall be obtained before any action of construction or reconstruction of vessels, and it regulates the contents of the application. Article 7 concerns fishing licences and fishing authorizations.
