These Regulations amend the Fisheries Regulations Order by giving a definition of "Department" and with respect to various matters including: prohibition of possession of beche-de-mer for processing; beche-de-mer processing licences; export of beche-de-mer;. A new section (61A) on harvesting of beche-de-mer and a new Schedule (27) specifying processing licencing fees are inserted by these Regulations.
