Rule 2 makes further provision for (the granting) of fishing licences and licence fees. A fishing licence shall not include the right to take sponges. Rule 3 concerns landing of fish in Israel by foreigners. Trawling in Mediterranean waters of less than 15 meters depth is prohibited under rule 4. Other restrictions on the use of gear in fresh and brackish waters are prescribed in this rule. Mesh sizes are prescribed in rule 5, whereas section 5A contains rules for the use of purse seine for taki
