This Order designates parts of the foreshore and sea adjacent thereto as Licensed Fisheries in respect of shellfish farming under the Fishing (Licensing and Protection of Fisheries) Ordinance, 1987. The areas shall be be designated for the annual periods specified in the Schedule.
