Fishing Industry Act: Designation of Public Officers to Assist the Licensing Authority (No. 57 of 2001).

The Minister designates, by general notice the Director of Veterinary Services of the Ministry of Agriculture, the Chief technical Director of the Ministry of Agriculture, a Legal Officer from the Attorney General's Department and the Director of the Marine Branch of the Fisheries Division of the Ministry of Agriculture as officers to assist the Licensing Authority pursuant to section 4 of the Fishing Industry Act.
