The Schedule, which specifies methods of fishing for purposes of section 3, is here amended by adding the following methods: diving with the use of underwater breathing apparatus including Hookah and SCUBA gear, and Hawaiian sling. Use of these methods if prohibited unless the user holds a valid licence.
