This Order amends the Fishing (Minimum Size and Prescribed Species) Order 1997 in Part II of the Schedule for purposes of revision of certain permitted minimum shellfish and fish landing sizes. The measures regarding size of shellfish reflect changes to UK national conservation measures for shellfish and additional conservation measures recommended by the Sea Fisheries Committee and the Guernsey Fishermen's Association.
