The present Regulations provide for payment of fees in fishing shelters. Where the owner of a fishing vessel receives in relation to the vessel any service of a description falling within the Schedule annexed hereto, he shall pay to the Director of Fishery the fee provided for in the Schedule as payable for a service of that description.
