Fluoridation of Public Water Supplies Act 1963.

This Act regulates the addition of fluorine to public water supplies, it consists of six sections. Local governments may decide to add fluorine to public water supplies under their control, in forms to be prescribed by regulation. The Governor in council is given the power to pass regulations on this issue (sect. 6).
