The object of this Regulation under the Food Act 2001 is to set the food safety programs. New section 7(2) states that the Legislation Act, section 47(6) does not apply to the food standards code. New part 5 establishes that Food safety supervisor must hold valid statement of attainment for food safety training courses. This section applies to a registered food business that is required to have a food safety supervisor.
