Food and Drugs (Amendment) Decree 1999 (No. 21 of 1999).

This Decree amends the Foods and Drugs Act to provide for the prohibition of sale or advertisement of food as defined in section 7 as treatment for certain diseases including AIDS. The Definition of “inspecting officer” is changed and some provisions prescribing offences amended.
