This Order amends the Food and Drugs (Food Hygiene) Order, 1976 in relation with Hazard Analysis by Critical Control Point ("HACCP") procedures and defines duties of food business operators in this respect. The operators shall also be able to identify any person from whom they have been supplied with a food, a food-producing animal or any substance intended to be, or expected to be, incorporated into food and must keep an information system regarding this information.
