This Regulation of Council of Ministers establishes the Food, Beverage and Pharmaceutical Industry Development Institute is hereby established as an autonomous federal government institution having its own legal personality. The objective of the Institute shall be to provide all-round support to the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industry and thereby accelerate technology transfer, achieve transformation and enable the industry to be competitive at international level.
