This Order amends the First Schedule to the Food Safety Authority of Ireland Act 1998 by including specified Irish and Community legislation in the list of food legislation (Part I) to which the Act applies and for which implementation the Authority shall be responsible insofar as that legislation relates to food safety and hygiene. The Order also amends the Second Schedule listing official agencies for the purposes of this Act.
