The Regulations amend the General Food Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2004, the Food Hygiene Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006 and the Official Feed and Food Controls Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009 in order to provide for the enforcement of Community legislation on certification and traceability requirements for sprouts and seeds intended for the production of sprouts. The Official Feed and Food Controls Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009 are amended in provisions on import and offences
