This Order amends the principal Order of 2001 to permit the feeding of swill containing certain non-animal products, to animals under stringent conditions. Articles 3 and 4 of the Foot-and-Mouth Disease (Prohibition on the Use of Swill) Order, 2001(S.I. No. 104 of 2001) shall not apply to the collection or feeding of swill that consists of or contains: (a) cereal grains, (b) edible material of plant or vegetable origin, (c) bread and dough (including biscuits), or (d) chocolate that is a product
