The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to forest cooperatives. Article 1 establishes that the main task of a forest cooperative is the proper management of forests according to forestry rules, in particular the improvement of forest products and the promotion of marketing of forest products. The text – consisting of 8 articles – deals with the following aspects: tasks, membership, cooperative ownerhips, statutes, supervision, authorization of amendments of statutes and entry into fo
