Τhe Council of Ministers exercising the powers given under article 3 of the Forest Law, exempts from the Primary “Agia Napa” State Forest (which has been declared a State Secondary Forest in 1994) the forest land described in the Table contained in this Order, which shall remain classified as a Primary State Forest.
