This Law defines and regulates: forests and forestry sector rules and provisions on the territory of the Tuzla Canton, autonomous district of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, such as forest protection and management, planning and administrative issues, financial aspects of the forest sector, biological, natural and ecosystem reserve aims and tasks, inspection and monitoring provisions.
