This Regulation enacts the practices and procedures of the Forest Practices Board and is divided into 4 parts as follows: Part 1 - Definitions; Part 2 - Audits; Part 3 - Complaints and Part 4 - Annual Reports. Part 2 enacts section 176 of the Act, which states that "in accordance with the regulations, the board must carry out periodic independent audits and may carry out special investigations".
