An Ordinance dealing with the protection of forests against harmful organisms. Article 4 deals with monitoring of sick wood. If the wood is rotten, it has to be treated at once at the destination place. The inspection of wood plants and imported wood can be ordered by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry. Competent authorities are entitled to inspect the wood storing place at any time, and carry out sampling. The text consists of 6 articles.
