This Regulation is divided into 4 parts as follows: 1 Levy; 2 when levy is payable; 3 Forest and range sub-account and 4 Sunset clause. This Regulation enacts section 1 of the Forest Stand Management Fund Act, which deals with stumpage levy. Section 1 states that by Regulation, the Lieutenant Governor in Council may impose a levy on stumpage bearing timber.
