This Law consists of 8 Sections divided into 151 articles. Section I deals with public forests. Public forests where villages have a right for exploitation dealt in Section II. Section III refers to forests of Municipalities and villages. Section IV pertains to private forests. Section V relates to afforestation. Section VI contains general provisions. Sections VII and VIII contain offences and penalties.
