The present Ordinance implements the Forestry Law of 30 November 2000.The text deals consists of 17 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: Form and minimum contents of forest plans and expertise (I); Formation of forest districts (II); Forest conservation charges (III); Forestry services in forestry districts for public forests (IV); Forestry Committee (V); Measures to prevent dangers (VI); Final provisions (VII).
