This Act concerns the activities of the Forestry Pulp and Paper Company of Australia Limited incorporated in Victoria. In particular it defines the obligation of the Company to cultivate and maintain plantations, harvest mill and market timber at its own expense and under properly qualified supervision (sect. 20).
