The present Ordinance implements the Forestry Seeds Act of 22 May 2002 (BGBl. I p. 1658). Article 1 establishes that in the Land Mecklenburg-Vorpommern the supreme forest authority is responsible for the efficient implementation of the afore-mentioned Forest Act.
