The following new sections are inserted in the Forests Act: section concerning the felling of trees is replaced; section 7a requires a removal of permit for the removal of any timber from any land; section 7B specifies a fine for false declarations; section 7c concerns the validity of permit; section 7D specifies the grounds for the refusal of a permit; section 7F specifies the maximum allowance of timber to be released for each permit.
