The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to competences of authorities in views of forests and hunting charges. The text consists of 4 articles as follows: Responsibilities in the sphere of forests (1); Responsibilities in the sphere of forestry seeds (2); Responsibilities in the sphere of plant production in forests (3); Responsibilities in allocation of funds deriving from hunting charges (4).
