The present Act introduces substantial amendments to the above-mentioned Energy Savings Act in its version of 1 September 2005 (BGBl. I p. 2684). In particular, the Act adds the following articles: article 2b on Future constructions of nearly zero-energy buildings; article 3a on Divisions of operating costs, accounting information; article 7b on Control of energy certificate and inspection report as well as evaluation of data. The text consists of 3 articles.
