The present Announcement lays down comprehensive provisions relating to fishing quotas allocated to German fishing companies in 2006 together with the prescribed period of the year in which fishing is not allowed. It describes the various quotas allotted in the various parts of the North Sea and in particular establishes specific rules pertaining to some types of fishes. The text consists of 5 articles.
