Freehold Coal Production Tax Regulations (Sask. Reg. 39/84).

The present Regulations are made under the Mineral Taxation Act, 1983. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the prescription of a tax for each quarter commencing on or after 1 January 1984 in respect of the mineral production taxes imposed by the Act on the production of freehold coal. The text consists of 7 sections.
