Fuel Oils Control Act (No. 2), B.E. 2550 (2007).

The present Act introduces some amendments to the Fuels Oil Control Act B.E. 2542 (1999). In particular, the Act gives a new definition of the terms «fuel oil» and «fuel oil depot». Also section 8 dealing with the Fuels Oils Control Committee is amended. The text consists of 13 sections.
