The present Regulations are made under the Gas Protection Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the protection of gas in the Northwest Territories. In particular, they apply to gas installations and gas equipment, the inspection of gas installations and gas equipment and the manufacture, sale and installation of gas equipment. The text consists of 9 sections.
