This Regulation implements the Gas Supply Act 2003. Part 2 defines market operating arrangements in the natural gas market, and includes provisions on access to information, confidentiality, allocation of fuel gas and dispute settlement. Part 3 is dedicated to fees payable under the Act. The values of fees are set in Schedule 1 attached to the regulation.
